Bombom made from a paste of black fig of Torres Novas dried with almond and spices and filling of fresh fig jam of Torres Novas fresh with Port wine. It is presented individually or in packs of two and four units. It will also be available in special packaging for gift of 4 units, in can of aluminum labeled with original design referring to fig and fig. The candies are about 8 cm long by 4 cm in diameter and weighing around 25 grams. They are wrapped individually in parchment paper, covered with black tissue paper and tied up with raw raffia thread. The composition of the product is allusive to the history of the city, to the importance of the dried fruits and especially of the Black Fig of Torres Novas, whose brandy, product of the distillation of the fruit, entered the composition of Port wine.
